- 1 box large shells
- 4 c. (2 lb.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- approximately 6 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook shells according to package directions; drain.

2Combine cheese, eggs and parsley for filling.

3Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

4Fill shells with cheese filling and arrange in baking pan.

5Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Cover with aluminum foil.

7Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
