  • 1 box large shells
  • 4 c. (2 lb.) Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • approximately 6 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook shells according to package directions; drain.

    Combine cheese, eggs and parsley for filling.

    Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Fill shells with cheese filling and arrange in baking pan.

    Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
