- 1 box jumbo shells
- 2 lb. crabmeat (frozen)
- 8 oz. frozen peas
- 1 sprig scallion
- 1 tsp. mustard
- hot pepper (optional)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Thaw crabmeat overnight in refrigerator.

2Boil shells until tender.

3Cook peas as directed. Combine crabmeat, peas, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix thoroughly.

4Garnish with scallion (cut up).

5Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture to shells. Enjoy.
