Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 18 jumbo shells
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 qt. sauce

Directions

    Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic; cool.

    Add Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.

    Spoon enough sauce to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Stuff cooked shells and place in pan.

    Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
