- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 18 jumbo shells
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 qt. sauce
Directions

1Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic; cool.

2Add Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.

3Spoon enough sauce to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Stuff cooked shells and place in pan.

5Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
