- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 large onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 18 giant shells
- 31 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 c. red wine
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown onion, garlic and ground beef.

2Drain grease.

3Cool. Stir in Mozzarella, crumbs, parsley and egg.

4Season to taste. Cook shells in salted water 15 minutes.

5Drain.

6Stuff.

7Spoon layer of sauce in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

8Place shells on sauce, side by side.

9Mix wine with remaining sauce.

10Pour over shells. Sprinkle with cheese.

11Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
