  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 pkg. large shells
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • crushed red peppers
  • salt

Directions
