- 1 pkg. shells (large)
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large jar meatless spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Prepare shells according to package directions.

2Drain portion of water, allowing shells to remain in warm water.

3Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley and salt.

4Remove one shell at a time from warm water.

5Stuff each shell with mixture, using a tablespoon.

6Pour 1/2 jar sauce into shallow casserole.

7Arrange stuffed shells in casserole.

8Add remaining sauce to top.

9Cover; bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until warm through.
