Stuffed Shells With Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
  • 1 (32 oz.) Ricotta cheese (2 lb.)
  • 2 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (one 16 oz. and one 8 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • approximately 3 dashes garlic salt, sweet basil and oregano or to taste
  • 4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook shells in salted water until just slightly bendable. Rinse in cold water after draining and then set in cold water to stop cracking.

    Mix together Ricotta cheese, one 16 ounce package of Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese and spices.

    Blend well.
