Ingredients
- 12 to 15 jumbo shrimp
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. celery
- 3/4 c. onion
- 1 Tbsp. bell pepper
- bacon strips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and bell pepper in butter.

2Mix in crab, cracker crumbs, salt, parsley, dry mustard and cayenne pepper to taste.

3If dry, add a little milk to moisten.

4Place a heaping tablespoonful of stuffing on top of each shrimp, then wrap with bacon.

5Broil shrimp, basting with butter, lemon juice and dash of garlic powder.

6Broil until shrimp are done.
