- 1 lb. raw jumbo shrimp
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs or 2 slices bread
- 1 lb. crabmeat, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp; slit down side of shrimp 3/4 way through, spread out butterfly fashion. Saute onion in small amount butter. Combine bread crumbs, crabmeat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sauteed onion. Mix.

2Divide stuffing among shrimp; fold.

3Place stuffing side down on greased baking dish. Brush with remaining butter. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 2 to 3.
