- 5 medium squash, washed and cooked
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash on medium heat until you can put a fork in them. Lift out of water and cut in half lengthwise.

2Scrape out each half with spoon and reserve in a large bowl to be mixed with more ingredients.

3Place squash hulls in shallow baking dish.
