Stuffed Squash

  • 3 medium squash
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped

Directions

    Cut squash lengthwise and boil until tender. Salt to taste. Spoon out the inside of squash. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place back in squash shell and bake at 450° until golden brown.
