- 6 large yellow squash
- 1 lb. ground beef (turkey)
- 1 c. cooked rice
- Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
- garlic (as much as you like)
- 1 (15 oz.) can pureed tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Core the middle of each of the squash, saving the insides and placing in a bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

3Stuff each shell full; then make balls if you have extra place in pot. Pour tomato sauce over (and more seasons if desired).

4Cook, covered, 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until done.
