- 1 doz. yellow, long neck squash
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 or 2 raw tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 small chopped green pepper
- a few sprigs of parsley, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions
