Stuffed Squash

Ingredients

  • 6 medium squash
  • 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook squash whole until done, boiling them.

    Cut in half and remove the pulp, leaving the hull.
  3. 3
    Mix other ingredients with the pulp.

    Stuff into hulls and dot with margarine.
  5. 5
    Bake at 375° until brown.

    Serve warm.
