- 6 medium squash
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook squash whole until done, boiling them.

2Cut in half and remove the pulp, leaving the hull.

3Mix other ingredients with the pulp.

4Stuff into hulls and dot with margarine.

5Bake at 375° until brown.

6Serve warm.
