- 4 yellow squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 c. cracker meal
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Put squash in water to cover and boil until nearly tender. Split in half. Scoop out center.

2Mix all the ingredients except butter.

3You may have to use more bread crumbs. Put mixture in squash shells.

4Put buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
