- 1/3 c. black olives
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- lettuce
Directions

1Cut olives into large pieces.

2Cut bacon into 1/4-inch strips and cook slowly until crisp.

3When bacon is half done, add onion and cook until soft.

4Drain off fat.

5Combine bacon and onion with eggs, celery and olives.

6Add mayonnaise.

7Mix.

8Stuff tomatoes and serve on lettuce.
