  • 6 to 12 crabs (2 lb. can)
  • 6 medium-firm tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 green pepper rings
  • 6 to 12 lettuce leaves

Directions

    Remove very carefully the insides from the tomatoes with a small sharp knife.

    Pick out crabmeat; flake in medium-sized bowl.
