Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes medium
  • 1 can tuna
  • 3 crab sticks
  • 6 olives
  • 2 tablespoons pickles
  • 3 parsley sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt

Directions

    Thoroughly wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes, and clean out the inside of each one, being careful not to break them. Set aside.

    In a food processor, coarsely chop all the remaining ingredients (or to taste).
  3. 3
    Fill the tomatoes with the mixture, and serve with small pieces of toast.
