  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
