- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. cooked tomato
Directions

1Cook zucchini (whole) in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Cut in halves and scoop out centers.

2Mix pulp with remaining ingredients.
