- 3 large zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook zucchini in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

3Drain.

4Cover with cold water; let stand until cool enough to handle.

5Carefully scoop out and save pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shell of zucchini.

6Chop pulp; combine with remaining ingredients.

7Spoon mixture into zucchini shells.

8Place in lightly greased shallow baking dish.

9Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
