- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
Directions

1Cook zucchini in water 5 minutes; drain.

3Cut zucchini lengthwise, scoop out seeds and part of pulp and drain.
