  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in oleo.

    Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into balls.

    Place in pan.

    Put small amount of water on bottom of pan to prevent sticking.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Add water to bottom during cooking time as needed.
