- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in oleo.

2Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into balls.

3Place in pan.

4Put small amount of water on bottom of pan to prevent sticking.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6Add water to bottom during cooking time as needed.
