Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. chicken broth (can use 1/2 gravy and 1/2 water; pork, beef or turkey)
  • 8 c. soft bread crumbs

Directions

    Saute celery, onions and seasonings in the margarine in skillet, about 5 minutes.

    Add to remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Shape into 12 balls.

    Place in well-greased muffin pan sections.

    Bake in moderate oven at 350° about 30 minutes.
