- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. chicken broth (can use 1/2 gravy and 1/2 water; pork, beef or turkey)
- 8 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute celery, onions and seasonings in the margarine in skillet, about 5 minutes.

2Add to remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Shape into 12 balls.

4Place in well-greased muffin pan sections.

5Bake in moderate oven at 350° about 30 minutes.
