- 1 1/2 lb. loaf good bread
- 1 medium onion
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 c. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Shred or dice bread.

2Chop onion and celery and saute in butter until soft.

3Pour over bread.

4Add 1/2 cup soup (not diluted) and seasonings.

5Mix well; form into balls.

6Put into casserole dish.
