  • 2 slices bread soaked in milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • parsley
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Stuff uncooked tomatoes, pepper or zucchini (or use for meatballs).

    Bake in uncovered casserole with oil in bottom, roll peppers in oil to coat.

    Bake at 400° covered for 30 minutes.

    Then bake at 350° for 30 minutes uncovered.
