  • 4 c. bread crumbs (dried) or corn bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried celery leaves or to your taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes or to your taste
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes or to your taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Take old bread (not molded) and dry it in a 200° oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Crumble bread into crumbs.

    To dry celery leaves, place leaves from stalks of celery into a pie pan and dry in a 200° oven for about 15 minutes until crumbly.
