  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup lima beans (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

    Sauce onion and butter until slightly browned.

    Simmer til vegetables are tender.

    Add milk and heat to boiling.

    Blend flour with 1/4 cup water to make a smooth paste and add to the soup, cook for one minute while stirring constantly.
