  • 1 cup frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Ranch-style dressing
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream

Directions

    Cook lima beans according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain; rinse with cold water, and drain again.

    Combine lima beans, cabbage, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing and sour cream. Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture; toss well.
