  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 small instant pudding
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 5 tsp. cinnamon
  • 9 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients and beat for 5 minutes.

    Mix together nuts, cinnamon and sugar.

    Grease a Bundt pan and layer 1/3 of nut mixture on bottom, then 1/2 cake mixture, then 1/3 nut mixture and rest of cake batter.

    Top with remaining 1/3 nut mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
