- 1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- short 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 jar apricot preserves
Directions

1Cut dough 1/8-inch thick and lay in circles to cover 12-inch pizza pan from center out in spiral, overlapping.

2Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.

3Cool.

4Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice; spread on cookie, exposing crust at edge like a pizza.

5Put on cut up fruit in a spiral (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches and nectarines).

6Brush with apricot preserves, thinned with hot water.

7Keep refrigerated until served.
