- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. lemon flavor
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Blend the oleo, salt, nutmeg and lemon flavoring.

2Add sugar gradually; cream well.

3Add eggs and milk.

4Sift flour, baking powder and soda; mix well.

5Drop with teaspoon; flatten with glass covered with damp cloth dipped in sugar.

6Bake at 375°.
