  • 1 c. butter flavor Crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix together, then roll in little balls and flatten out on ungreased cookie sheet.

    (Can roll balls in a cinnamon sugar mixture before placing on cookie sheet.)

    Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
