  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

    Put first 4 ingredients in bowl and beat until creamy; add vanilla.
  2. 2
    Mix flour, soda and tartar together and add slowly to creamed mixture.

    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.

    Flatten with fork that has been dipped in sugar.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Makes 3 dozen.
