- 1 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
Directions

1Heat milk and butter until it steams.

2Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt; beat egg and vanilla.

3Add to hot mixture.

4Cook and stir constantly until thick.

5Pour into a baked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
