  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 2 1/4 c. whole milk
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Bake pie crust until almost done. Combine sugar, margarine and cornstarch and put in pan over medium heat until margarine has melted, then add 2 1/4 cups milk and bring to a full boil. Put in pie crust and bake 10 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon and cool.
