  • 6 c. apples
  • 1 can frozen concentrated apple juice
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Bring first three ingredients to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes. Add margarine.

    Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until dissolved and add this to mixture.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust; top with crust.

    Bake at 350° until top crust browns.
