  • 4 c. sliced apples (sweet varieties are best)
  • 1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate (undiluted)
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Pour into pastry lined pie pan and top with second crust or pastry strips.
