- 1 qt. low-fat milk
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a well-greased baking dish.

2Bake at 350° for 2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

3Stir occasionally the first hour.

4Or, microwave on Low for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Turn dish a quarter turn every 5 minutes.

6Stir occasionally the first 15 minutes.
