Ingredients

  • 2 lemon wedges
  • Ice cubes, plus cracked ice
  • 1 2/3 ounces Canadian whisky
  • 1/4 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup
  • 1 mint sprig, torn into large pieces, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • 1 pineapple chunk, for garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges.

    Add ice cubes and all of the remaining ingredients except the cracked ice and garnishes and shake well.

    Strain into a cracked-ice-filled rocks glass.

    Garnish with the pineapple chunk and mint sprig and serve with a short straw.
