  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, water and vanilla.

    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.

    Make into rolls about 1-inch in diameter; roll in plastic wrap and freeze.

    Slice 1/4-inch thick and bake at 400° on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
