  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat egg whites until foamy. Mix in 1 cup sugar (1 tablespoon at a time).

    Fold in pecans. Pour over butter and bake at 325° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

    Cool.
