- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Beat egg whites until foamy. Mix in 1 cup sugar (1 tablespoon at a time).

3Fold in pecans. Pour over butter and bake at 325° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

4Cool.
