  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 4 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Combine sugar, water and honey in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil. Cook until it reaches soft ball stage of 325° on candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla.

    Dip pecans in sugar mixture.

    Place on wax paper to cool.
