- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. pecans
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy; add sugar gradually until stiff peaks form.

2Fold in pecan halves.

3Melt margarine in 15 x 10-inch pan.

4Pour pecans in pan and bake 20 minutes at 300°.

5Stir every 10 minutes.

6Cool and store in container.
