- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. pecans (about)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

3Fold in pecans.

4Pour melted butter into 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Spread pecan mixture over butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

6Cool and store in airtight container.
