- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. pecans (4 c.), coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks.

3Fold in pecans. Pour butter in 15 x 10-inch pan.

4Spread pecan mixture over.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6Stir every 10 minutes; cool.

7Store in airtight container.
