- 4 cups walnut halves (1 lb.)
- 12 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 23 cup powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine the walnuts and melted butter in a slow cooker and stir with a wooden spoon to coat evenly.

2Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the nuts through a coarse sieve to eliminate lumps.

3Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.

4Decrease heat to LOW, uncover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours.

5Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and let cool completely.

6Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
