  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
  • 2 c. flour (or 1 c. flour and 1 c. oatmeal)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low or other substitute
  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. raisins

    Blend all ingredients and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
