- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dates, chopped
- 1 c. apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 packets Equal or 3 tsp. Sweet*10
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Cook raisins, dates and apples in 1 cup water for 3 minutes. Stir in butter or margarine and cool.

2Add sweetener, beaten eggs, vanilla, flour and baking soda.

3Stir well.

4Add nuts.

5Bake in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 25 minutes.
