  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 tsp. powdered diet sweetener
  • 1 pkg. sugar-free whipped topping
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 large box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 small box instant sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 oz. sugar-free chocolate bar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place flour and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan; melt oleo and pour over flour and pecans.

    Mix well and flatten in pan.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Make whipped topping as directed with 1/2 cup cold water.

    Add cream cheese and diet sweetener.

    Beat well and spread on top of cooled first layer. Make another package of whipped topping.
